Our 75' X 160' pavilion is all
metal construction and is built to withstand heavy rains. Rain
gutters and downspouts carry water to an underground drain, which
takes it away from the building. The "floor" of the pavilion is
built higher than the ground outside to force water to run away from
the building rather than through it. Tarps can be pulled
across like shower curtains to help keep things dry, as well as at
night. The pavilion has skylights which provide natural
lighting that can be supplemented by fluorescent lights. Each
dealer has access to 20 amp electricity.
Wood flooring was added to over half the building in 2009, and
the remaining area will be completed before the spring show, 2010.
